Spent three nights in a room with a beautiful view of the ocean and boardwalk. Bathroom with a shower stall and very good water pressure to boot. Nice amenities in the bathroom too with big fluffy towels. Staff are either very nice and helpful such as check-in or on the casino floor, or brusque and border-line rude such as the... more

I had reservations for a party of 12 booked a month in advance for my birthday and spoke to a hostess at the restaurant. When I arrived I was told my name was not in the system and instead of fighting with me for a table the host asked me to leave his restaurant. I have never been more disgusted... more

I was very happy with my stay at the Borgata. The room was clean (my #1 criterium) and comfortable. I was on the 42nd floor, which gave me a great view of the bay. The shower was huge, as was the entire bathroom. Because of the size, I was able to take a hot, leisurely shower without steaming the place... more
