Just like the other reviews, I can't imagine a better canopy tour than Los Veranos. The guides definitely made the tour better. They had funny jokes and made you feel totally comfortable. FANTASTIC! A great high intensity family adventure. However, make sure you wear really old clothing! You will get incredibly dirty from a mix of mud, gear oil and the zip line coils. I can't say enough about how much fun we had on this trip. It was a last minute decision, and the person I was traveling with was very apprehensive about the whole thing - bugs, safety, equipment, physical difficulty, management reliability, language barrier, bus ride... every one of those fears was subsided pretty much immediately.
