Well, what can I say that hasn't been said before? The place is like an outdoor shopping mall but with canopies over the main 'street' to keep the direct sun off, but still outdoors. There are some lovely fountains - the kids love trying to run in and out without getting wet, and I love watching them; hubby pushed my... more

I am from Belize so Mexico is right across the border. I have been going to Cancun for easter and sometimes in the summer every year since i was one year old. I've seen many changes in Cancun over the years all of them really for the better, but La Isla takes the title. I think by far it's the... more

Now I am not much of a Mall Guy ... but The Isla Mall is a nice spot to just walk around, browse, eat, take in the Aquarium, or go the the Movies. We ate at the Thai Lounge. It opens at sunset and is set right on the Lagoon, so try for a reservation with your own little hut... more

A great outdoor mall that caters to every age and taste. It has many shops - catering from cheap tourist type products all the way up to high end jewellery and clothing. There is a cinema / movie theater as well as an aquarium. The best thing about the mall is the design - it is beautiful to walk around.... more
