I think this hill has the best view in Valparaíso. Not so fashion as Concepción hill. This is more local, original Valparaíso people. more

Ascensor Artilleria is the best of all the ascensors in the city, with the best views, and the best market of local crafts and artists at the top. It's at one far end of the city, but you can ride any bus that says "Aduana," or you can hoof it, and it's definitely worth the trip. About a block away,... more
