Visited San Francisco on our twentieth anniversary (yep middle aged) and so enjoyed the initial tour that we signed up for the advanced, crooked hills tour the next day. What a blast to spin down Lombard Street, up Russian Hill, through North Beach, and behind the wharf buildings. Absolutely great value for the price and expert training on the Segways.... more

riding a seg way tour in San Francisco can be one of the best experiences ever... The staff is very professional competent and nice, the seg way is a great machine that allowed you to visit the city as no other vehicle can do... you can explore all little or big part of the city without any effort, enjoing this... more

Everygthing was as advertised. We had a lot of fun, enjoyed the segway (all new models) the ride is quite long, we had time to play with the segways at our own, the trainer and guide was very funny and helpful a san francisco must!!! more

I wanted to tour this city in a unique way, since this visit is my second one. I originally scheduled the Segway Tour back in April, but was recalled by my company early. The staff worked with me on this, and so I got to go on the Night Tour a couple of days ago. Our tour guide was wonderful... more

Below I outline my many gripes with the tour, but I think the most appalling thing was that when I approached the owner and manager about my dissatisfaction, he said he would investigate and get back to me in 24 hours. After no response for over a week I contacted them again. It was at that point the he begrudgingly... more

This guest has a dispute for $ 35.00 of a total spent of $70.00 He has has vowed to do as much financial damage to the company as a retaliation. His complaints were about a child on the tour not being supervised by a parent and San Francisco streets not being a wide as the boulevards used on the Washington...

Our best activity in San Francisco. I am a 50 year old lady, and I found it very easy and tremendously fun! A great way to see an extensive part of the city very easily. more

This tour was GREAT! The guide was funny and very informative. This is the best way to see San Francisco. I wish they would offer an all day rental. Be prepared for a 30 minute class on how to operate a segway. Worth it! I will be back.... more

My husband and I took this tour at the end of July. After the initial, "OMG - I may have made a mistake..." feeling, we quickly became comfortable and confident on the segways.
