I recently spent the morning meandering around the gardens with my 3 small children while my husband attended a bussiness conference. The gardens are beautiful, the fountains are tranquil, and the Make Way for Ducklings statues cannot be missed. The swan boat rides were another inexpensive treat. This park is so beautiful! We visited in May. The flowers are in bloom. There are ducks, a few geese with their goslings and 2 swans on the pond. Do not miss a visit to the park, just sitting, relaxing and enjoying nature and the people there. more

Springtime is the best time to visit the gardens. The first few weekends in May all the flowers are blooming. It is absolutely gorgeous! more

One must always stroll through the Public Garden while in Boston. The city serves as a backdrop to the tranquil scenery of the park. Take a Swan Boat ride, watch the ducks, view the “Make Way for Ducklings” sculpture or just meander around. It should not be missed! more
