My Wife and I satyed at this hotel Xmas 05 & New Year 06. This is a really nice hotel in Uneo which, is in the heart of Tokyo. It is filled with parks and museums. 周りは単なる住宅街です。いかにも下町のフツーの町中、といった感じ。 交通の便はちょっと不便ですが、現在は台東区の循環バスが、ホテルのまん前から上野駅まででていますので、利用するといいと思います。観光にというよりも、ちょっと週末東京でゆったり、いつもと違った雰囲気を、というのにいいと思います。 食事が京懐石で有名ですが、正直あまりおいしくありません。かなり残念。鴎外ゆかりの建物ということで、下町情緒を味わうにはいいでしょう。 more
