We have stayed in this hotel many times and keep returning. We're fans of the boutique hotel so this really suits our needs. I would advise anyone staying here to go for the Deluxe rooms as you will be bitterly dissapointed with a standard. We usually stay on the 2nd floor as the rooms on the ground are very dark... more

Hotel and staff were great, and we will return to stay here again. Our stay was May 18 – 25th, 2008. See pics of rooms and property. The hotel was not crowded at all – more like 20% full. About us: This was our first time to Barbados. My 3rd visit to the Carribean and my wife's first. We are... more

We had a lovely stay for a week before going on a cruise. The whole hotel is lovely well cared for and comfortable. It was very relaxing and they even lay on a minibus for those that want to go to the more lively Rockley beach, oposite their sister hotel. It was convieniently situated for the race course, we went... more

After reading some of the reports we were a little worried that a week long stay there before going on a cruise could be too much.Wrong! what a lovely hotel., room was superb, king size bed, nice furnished balcony all the usual trappings etc.Good bar area right next to beach.Lovely beach only downside was too stoney for wading in sea but two... more

Our family of 4 just spent 8 nights at the Savannah Hotel. We tried to switch hotels but many were full because it was Easter and Spring break. We thought the hotel was horrible for service and food and all amenities. I would strongly urge those reading these mixed reviews to consider those who stayed and did not just do... more

We had booked this holiday through Air miles and having then checked with Trip Advisor we arrived with some trepidation. Having taken a taxi from the airport the first impressions are not brilliant. Situated on a busy feeder road into Bridgetown the first view is of a hotel right on the roadside. Gloom was lifted in pulling into the car... more

We stayed at the Savannah as part of a "stay and cruise" with Ocean Village 2. The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are fab and cool with air-con and marble floors. The bed was huge! You could've got three of four of us in there! Staff at the hotel were polite and helpful especially Kiera (I think) on... more

We stayed at The Savannah for two days in December of 2007 and I strongly recommend not booking this hotel.: Though the reception is placed in a colonial building the rooms and the restaurant in the "modern" part which lacks space and is quite cramped. We had a room on the so-called 3rd which (here a ground floor) which had... more

We just came back from a week at the Savannah and like most things, it had its' pro and cons. The rooms were excellent and all had a private terrace which was great. The bathroom was terrible, it needs an overhaul and more light. The beach was special and the pool area was nice also. The biggest problem was that... more
