Okay, this may have been a nice resort in its early years but this place is garbage now. The building is obviously dated and is falling apart. When we first saw our room, it smelled of mold and we could see a puddle of water in the sitting area. This was after we were told we had received an upgrade.... more

From the moment we landed, this holiday was special. You have a special waiting area that's air conditioned. The taxi ride is a bit long (1hr 40mins) with a quick drink stop ($6 for 2 Red Stripe!). This was my second visit to GLN.. last one in 2003. Overall I think the resort has held up quite well considering the weather abuse they take year after year.
