As everyone else has said The Caves is just amazing. We booked it based on the Tripadvisor reviews, and having always stayed in larger resorts I was a bit tentative regaridng the lack of a beach, size of the hotel, rooms with no AC etc. but everything about our stay was just perfect. We stayed in Butterfly which is one... more

Although our flight was late, and we were stuck in customs for an absurdly long time, our driver Maximillion (sp?) was still waiting for us late into the night. He was friendly and helpful, and pointed out the sights along the way. We were greeted by the night staff, who were all so nice to us, despite it being around... more

Honestly, the Caves is one of the most incredible places I have ever experienced. My husband and I traveled to the Caves with some other friends in May and it exceeded our expectations. As the other reviewers said, the pictures are beautiful but seeing the Caves in person is unreal. What sets the Caves apart from other resorts is the... more

My husband and I stayed at the Caves in May of 2008. Ground transfers from Montego Bay Airport to the resort and back were perfect. The trip takes about 1.5 hours. The drivers will stop wherever you want to eat or shop. I arranged the transfers via email to the resort. The cost is $75 per couple per way and... more

We just returned from possibly the most relaxing four-day vacation of our lives. Let us tell you that everything everyone has written on TripAdvisor about Caves is true. Every single aspect, from the courteous timely pick up at the Montego Bay airport, to the initial chilled Cliffhanger (yummy), to our gorgeous airconditioned room "Two Birds", to the indescribably beautiful, spectacular... more

We spent 5 nights at The Caves and enjoyed everything about it. The grounds and facilities are so beautiful and the location is really special. We stayed in SunDancer and highly recommend it. It's a 2-bedroom hut, though we only used the upstairs bedroom. SunDancer has a fantastic location right near the cliff, two large decks (up and down) and... more

Well, there is not much to add to all the glowing reviews, but believe me when I say that they are all too true! The pictures on this site are beautiful, but when I saw it in real life - they don't do it justice at all. You have to see this place to believe it. Our room was wonderful,... more

When you see only great reviews, you tend to worry if its true. In addition, the price is so high at the Caves that you tend to worry if its worth it. We can genuinely say that although it was steep, we have no regrets at all. The pictures posted by others here do no justice to its actual beauty... more

This place is amazing and all the reviews are true. The staff will go out of their way to make sure you're happy and indulge your every whim. The food was consistently delicious and unique. The setting is beautiful and the sunsets are picture perfect. There is a special little hut with a hot tub that directly overlooks the sunset.... more

We just got back from five FABULOUS days at The Caves in Negril. This is our second trip to Jamaica and we already have planned to come back to The Caves next year. Upon arrival the staff immediately makes you feel at home and throughout our stay we were pampered like royalty. We stayed in the “Sea Turtle” which is... more
