I loved this hotel its a great place, always clean, has a small but nice pool...the staff they're all very nice , even the guards care about you. Has a GREAT LOCATION...in front is Baby O the best club on Acapulco, in the same block there is Alebrije one of the best clubs too, and Planet Hollywood, Hard Rock, also... more

Nice lobby and reception area, seemed a good start considering the low price point. Room was large but seemed a bit tatty. I had a look at the bed sheets and the linen in one of the beds did not seem like it had been changed before my arrival. The towels too did not appear fresh or if they were... more

The Casa Inn in Acapulco is really a great bang for the buck. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach, a 1 minute walk to the fun spots of "downtown"...Hooters, Planet Hollywood, CiCi, the waterpark, etc. The rooms were clean, well kept, ample sized. The bathrooms were great...large, well lighted. It isn't the Ritz Carlton, but you're... more

This hotel is very nice if you are looking for something on the cheaper side, but is well kept. The staff at the desk was very friendly and polite. The rooms were very clean although the mattresses were very hard! The location of this hotel is great. A block from the beach and across the street from Walmart. The pool... more

My husband and I stayed at the Casa Inn Acapulco for the last night of our honeymoon. It sure made us ready to go home. It was a miserable night. First off, we were told we could check in at 12:00 noon, both from Hotels.com, Casa Inn and we verified it by phone. Well we had to store our luggage... more

During this spring break, my family and I went to Acapulco and stayed in Casa Inn. My experience in Casa Inn was pretty pleasant. The room was fine and with 2 full size beds. The people working in front desk were pretty helpful. You can use 2 computers inside the internet center room to check e-mail for free. The location... more

I work in Acapulco for spring break and ask specifically to stay at the Casa Inn. The hotel staff and owners treat you like you are family, rooms are clean and very spacious, and a great complimentray breakfast buffet is served each morning. If you are lucky enough to get a room on the western side of the building there... more

My family and I (kids 13 and 14) went down for a weeks holiday. We travel about three times a year and this place was the worst. Apparently, all of March is full of spring breakers and this hotel encourages them to stay there. We could never go in the pool because it was always full of spring breakers practicing... more
