I feel sorry for the people rating this resort a 5. They obviously just don't know any better. Service was spotty at best. We will never stay at this resort because they scammed us!!!! My husband and I bought weeks there and were promised they would rent out our weeks and we would get our money back plus more (almost 20%) in 6 months. Velas Vallarta is an all inclusive resort that has a combination of studio up to three bedroom units. 1 to 3 bedroom units have full kitchens and are partially stocked wih the basics.
