“New and nice hotel, but very disappointing”

My colleagues and I were staying in this hotel during the huge Aids Conference in Mexico. Rooms are OK but very few staff members can speak English. I have requested many times my aircon to be fixed, but it remained out of order during the 13 nights I spent there. Expect to wait one or two days to get something... more

this hotel is really good very clean, around $60 dollars. the staff was really nice with me all the time. i dont know anything about the food. my bathroom was clean. the rooms are small, BUT, tv cable, internet connection, A/C, king size bed. and the staff is always very friendly more
