The staff is gentle, helpful, always quick to answer your questions. We were trying to conserve water and didn't want our towels washed every day. Every day the maid would decorate our towels with the most intricate, beautiful animal shapes with flowers and place them on our bed - very romantic! I loved that the hotel only had 8 rooms... more

My wife and I and two friends stayed at this Hostal from 07/15 to 07/22 this year in the hopes of seeing the Guelaguetza , a staff member even bought tickets for us but the event was cancelled due to the strike of the teacher's etc , despite that the resort ensured we went on great tours and were always... more
