We arrived at the hotel at 5:30 pm and the lady at the reception(who didn't speak english). Said to us that we had to wait for 1 hour. When we arrived in our room they didn't vacuum the floor. So I went back to the reception to ask for a cleaning lady. after thirty minutes finally a cleaning lady came.... more
