This hotel was bad. It had nice surroundings but there wasn't much to do around the hotel. A really expensive restaurant and wait staff that charge you $10 American for "service charge" there, 40min+ wait for room service, and if your tip isn't over five-ten dollars than the service get worse. But than it had some good points. Another thing... more

We stayed here one night and were impressed at how clean the hotel was and the nice ambience. Staff was friendly & helpful. However, we did believe there was complimentary shuttle to & from the airport and there was no shuttle from the airport (don't know if they offered one to the airport), which was a surprise as they informed... more

This is a nice hotel located in central Leon Mexico. It is just two blocks from the Bus Station, and across the street from the Leather Plaza and the Shoe Plaza. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. They have free high speed wireless internet access in floors two and three, and at the restaurant. Also they have a business... more
