where to start.... well lets see all the highlights had nothing to do with the hotel. They were all off the property. The safes are not safe at all!!! We traveled with a big group and money was stolen from the safe when we had the keys. It was a huge ordeal and customers do not come first. The food... more

We just returned from our first trip here. The entertainment staff was excellent. They stayed busy with guests all day and at night there was entertainment in the theater. Everyone works really hard here. They are very accommodating to their guests. The only drawback was after a couple of days, we grew tired of the food but it was good.... more

We have just returned from PV, Mexico where we stayed for 6 days the Riu Jalisco. The breakfast buffet was very good, you could get made to order omelets and most things were fresh; the coffee was good. The lunch and dinner buffets were alright, but we got tired of them after the second day. Getting a drink was no... more

Okay...where to start!? Well I did have a great trip and would go back, just to start off. I was travelling with my husband and our 9 month old daughter so I was very nervous about the whole thing never having travelled with a baby before. I read over 100 reviews on this thing so I felt prepared for everything... more

My husband and I went with 3 other couples for a "Get Away" without kids and was wonderful. We stayed for 5 nights and had no real complains. Small things were, we called acouple time for more soda or water in the fridge, but nothing major. The sunsets there are amazing! I took so many pictures because it was so... more

We have just returned from two fabulous weeks at the Riu Jalisco. To anyone who has booked to travel there IGNORE the negative comments. I read nearly every review before we went and I admit I was more than dubious about what was going to greet us when we arrived, but I have to say that there is not one... more

Went to the RIU Jalisco in June for a destination wedding. Having never stayed at an all-inclusive before, I wasn't sure what to expect. We stayed for 7 days, which was way too long. After day 3 we were tired of the food, bored with the activites, grossed out by the dirty pool and annoyed by the vendors. We were... more

If you are going to Riu jalisco be prepared. We stopped tipping staff after first week as service is so bad. The staff will serve Mexicans before the British. Don't take anything valuble, and don't leave large amounts of money in the safe (Yes your safe).it will be broken into. We also had jeans and belt stolen from room. The... more
