Nearly all recent reviews are saying the same regarding the building work next door. When I selected the property it seemed ideal and in terms of size, position, rooms and price, it was. The Metro' is ideally located for exploring downtown Vancouver, but it doesn't come cheap, averaging about $240 a night for a nice enough room, but nothing spectacular.
