My stay at the Accent Inn was wonderful. Lindsay and Robin Holden were able for me to stay there when I was in Victoria. My son was in Palliative care at the Royal Jubilee hospital. You also made it possible for my family to come into my room when they arrived in Victoria. Your kindness and your caring was absolutely... more

Before booking I researched quite a bit online and Accent Inn in Victoria seemed to be well received by guests. We stayed there a week and loved the service from free shuttle downtown several times a day, complimentary papers, computer with internet in lobby, good restaurant onsite, wonderful staff, great location, convenient to buses, etc. We recommend this hotel quite... more

Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our visit to Victoria - and thanks to Accent Inn for providing such a nice, clean, quiet place to stay. We have a two year old so being out of his element often leads to sleepless nights, but thanks to the cot provided and the quiet room, he slept right through and... more

We stayed here for two nights after the Blue Ridge Inn failed to honor our reservation. Apparently the two inns are owned by the same group so they sent us over there. We had requested a "deluxe" suite at the Blue Ridge and Accent also had rooms described in similar terms. When we opened the door the first thing we... more

Thank you for your comments. It is very important for us to know how we can improve our service and our accommodations. Currently we are in the process of refurbishing our guests rooms across our chain of five properties, and to date over 75%of our rooms have been completed. It is also very important that we know as soon as...

We became rather aware of the people above us, as they came home after we were in bed. I was surprised at how well sound travelled between floors. Footsteps, plumbing sounds, even muffled voices. Our room, a 'one bedroom suite' (using the term loosely), smelled a bit musty. The one window opened onto a painted wall about three feet away,... more

I stayed at Accent Inn in October and had a bad experience. The TV ddn't work. There was hair in the shower. The water was lukewarm ,the bed extremely uncomfortable and a soccer team staying above me. They were practicing all night in their room. I don't reccomend this hotel . more

We stayed at this motel one night as part of a Circle Tour through the Gulf Islands, up Vancouver Island, and later down the Sunshine Coast. Firstly, this property is located in an uptown area of Victoria, directly on a main road (Blanshard). There are mostly commercial buildings in the area, and houses behind them. It is easy to find,... more

A nice hotel with reasonable rates. More like a motel really. Few facilities and in a built up area, but the room was large, fully equiped and very reasonable indeed. Close to my favourite canadian restaurant - Swiss Chalet - which was a bonus. Within reasonable distance of downtown and the airport. Mind you, you do go through what must... more

I stayed at Accent Inn over the weekend of June 6-8 and I was very satisfied with the accomodations. The front desk had my online reservations and check in was under a minute. My king-size room was spacious and laid out well with a writing desk, two chair seating area, and a very comfortable bed. The room and bathroom were... more
