There was a problem with our reservation. The only way I know is because the desk clerk called her supervisor over, the supervisor took over the reservation - and we walked away with a free upgrade. Stayed in room 717 with a great view of both falls. This was the best feature. Beds were plush and comfortable. Room was little tight on space with 2 beds in it.
