we did not stay at the inn but had dinner at the restaurant. worst service we have ever had. first time in our life we did not tip the waitress who was inefficient and rude. after more than half an hour waiting for the first course she came and said they did not have one of the dishes. when we... more

Quaint lake side Inn in superb location. We stayed in a Waterfront room with a Jacuzzi bath and great view over lake. We ate in the on site pub twice which was good and should have had dinner in the fine dining restaurant but instead chose the Lobster Trap in downtown Gananoque….. big mistake it is a plastic place selling... more

We stayed on a 2 night package for the second time this winter this past weekend. We were lucky to be able to book the Honeymoon Suite and what a lovely room this is in the main Inn. The view from the balcony was beautiful-I can only imagine what it's like in the summer! Dinner and breakfast were delicious, but... more

I have stayed one night at this hotel and I loved absolutely everything except breakfast. The building itself is very beautiful, receptionist was friendly and checked us in within 5 minutes, all corridors and rooms are very clean and warm, there was a fireplace and an air cinditioner in our room, as well, as a very nice bed, a shower... more

This is abeautiful little sleepy hollow. The Inn was clean, staff were heoful and freindly, and the breakfast was good. This is a beautiful little spot to stay in if you are travelling between Montreal and Toronto. The rooms were clean as well. Would definately recommend more

I must confess – we only stayed at the Gananoque Inn because they had the only available room in town. And we weren’t too happy about being on the third floor, with no balcony, and a view of the street. Other rooms had balconies, and we were immediately jealous as the ground floor rooms were more accessible, and much more... more

We stayed at the Gananoque Inn over the Labour Day long weekend and had a very pleasant stay. The inn is situated on a quiet street with fantastic access to the water. We opted for the cheaper room and faced the parking lot, but there was still plenty of opportunity to enjoy the waterfront. The hotel is quaint, clean and... more

We stopped in by chance on our way from Quebec City back to Toronto. The rooms are above average with really nice bathrooms and nice white fluffy bathrobes(which we didn't use as it was 90 degrees out). They have two restaurants, one a fine dining and the other a bar lounge/restaurant. We had planned to eat in the fine dining but... more

We stayed in Gananoque Inn for two nights in August, it was booked as part of our honeymoon by our travel agents. It was just wonderful, service, food, location ( overlooking the Thousand Islands). We had stayed in five stars hotels in Toronto and Montreal and this was every bit as nice. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to... more
