Stayed her Monday to Friday and could hardly fault it. We stayed here for five days from April 21. The greeting was lovely tea, coffee and biscuits when we arrived in the first lounge with a roaring open fire. ideally located just a short walk from windermere within well kept gardens. welcomed by a beautiful reception with constant burning fire and coffee/tea on arrival makes this such an inviting place to stay.the internal decor is of a very high standard and continues into the rooms where nothing is forgotten down to cotton buds. the entire hotel is superbly clean... more
