I stayed here Nov 14th for 1 night down in London for World Travel Market. I have to say that it's location is very good right next door to Beckton DLR Railway. Clean, newish motel, in two buildings. It's definitely a budget motel, with minimal service and virtually no extras (when I stayed there the rooms did not have telephones -- I'm not sure if this is still the case).
