If you're in Dublin to party, this is a great hotel. But if it's your last night in Ireland and just want a good night's sleep before catching an early flight home, don't stay here!!! Our room was on the second floor, two flights up from the ground floor bar, but still we could hear the bar noise clearly. From... more

Stayed at the Arlington for a long weekend in a large group. You have to think of the Arlington as an extremely large pub with a lot of hotel rooms, then you will see that the place is all about. The bar is one of the largest I have ever seen and i don't think it has changed in the... more

This hotel was great. The decor in the reception area is quirky. There is a bar attached to the hotel which has live entertainment every night, including Irish bands and dancing. The room itself was clean and tidy and I can not fault it. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The bathroom was clean with a... more

We went to the hotel for our anniversary, it is a nice modern hotel. it is value for money and the food was very nice, staff were extremley helpful (they even prepared our room earlier than check-in because we were early!) Would recommend to everyone, going back in september. more

What a fab hotel! Excellently located at OConnell bridge; close to all major attractions, and as for the entertainment - second to none. Once the dancers and live music is finished, the nightclub begins! Food top quality - check out the carvery on sundays. Will definately be staying here again. You need not look any further for a top experience... more

Just got back from our trip to Ireland and spent 3 days at the Arlington Hotel. I booked the room before reading some of the reviews and was quite nervous about it once I saw some of the negative comments. I'm happy to say that our group of 5 had a lovely time. Some rooms are definitely noisy as the... more

Stayed here over night on the 1st of June.Have stayed here before and thought it was lovely and that is why i stayed here again.Big Mistake!!!!. My room was backing on to a side street and at 12.30 at night, we could here people talking and music playing very loudly outside. This noise carried on until well after 3 in the... more

Where to start with a hotel, which isn't fit to bair the name. Room service apparently "is in the pipe line", but available in the hotel manual. Rooms are so noisey that we had to forget about sleeping, thanks to generators planted all over the building. Service.. well that's another story. The sheets, bed and location are all good, but... more

I recently stayed at the Arlington Hotel with my husband and 8 year old daughter whilst visiting relatives in the city. We booked a family room and were given one on the 1st floor. We climbed the staircase as the lift didnt access that part of the hotel where we found the area very shabby and dark. Our room was... more
