Upon arrival at The Park Hotel, the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and approachable. The hotel itself is in a prime location for the canals, museums, and some great bars and restaurants. The decor was fantastic, and our room was very well presented. Hotel is situated in an older building, and the lobby and hallway areas seem to reflect this. Dated, but clean, no obvious problems. The rooms themselves are very modern and the beds are incredible, big, fluffy pillows that you sink into. After a week on a river cruise with beds as hard as wood, the beds at the Park Hotel... more

The check in was extremely fast and friendly and we were even given a room upgrade which was a lovely surprise. There was some building work going on to the outside but other than a bit of dust there were no issues with this The room itself was immaculately clean and had a very contemporary and well thought out feel.... more

Stayed here after being double booked at the American Hotel and they booked us out to here. At first was very dubious on approach to hotel as there was building work going on but the welcome we received at reception was truly first class. Staff here are really helpful and could not have done more for us. Bedrooms are fine... more
