Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. The room was enormous, with a nice view over Bangkok. There were some very nice touches such as a fresh fruit plate in the room on check-in. The hotel is right by the subway and elevated tram, so it's very easy to get around using public transportation. more

The Sheraton Grande is a truly 5* hotel located within the new center of Bangkok. The rooms and Suites are very comfortable, the service outstanding (i.e. concierge) and the food exelent. I staid at this hotel 9 times already. That alone is a clear evidence of appreciation for this place. The rooms are extremely spacious as well as the bathrooms. The spa/sauna/pool area is also fantastic as is the location with its direct access to the skytrain station. Really nothin to complain about this place apart from the ever increasing room... more
