We wanted a bit of glamour (on a budget) when we got to Hong Kong, and we were pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of this hotel. The room was small, and a bit dark but bed was clean, bathroom was clean, and we lived there comfortably for 4 days. When you're in Hong Kong, you spend the least... more

I booked a family holiday for three at the Eaton hotel in November 2007. Our experience at Reception after a long flight from the UK was refreshing. We were made to feel very important and a pleasure to serve. We were taken to a separate Reception area in the Executive lounge and offered complimentary drinks and snacks. What a fantastic... more

I was a little unsure about this hotel as i had read mixed reviews. When we arrived our room wasn't ready but we given another room on a higher floor which was perfectly fine. Staff were polite and very helpful - when we enquired about good electrical stores they even told us which shops to stay clear of that are... more

A good start - having arrived at 8am (after an 11 hour Qantas flight), the hotel managed to have one of our 2 rooms available, and the 2nd was ready less than an hour later! Great location - halfway down Nathan Road and everything is within a 10 minute cab ride (which costs about £1.50). The rooms themselves are a... more

We've returned back from a great trip round Asia and decided to splurge on our last two nights.... this is probably the best hotel i've ever stayed in - and i've stayed in a few!! We went for the Executive Room with access to the E-Club (It was on special offer at the time) We had floor to ceiling windows... more

Location: Right on Nathan road. Close to all the shops and many points of interest, such as Temple Night Market. I walked to most of the places except to TST or when I got really tired. It is not too far form metro stations. Some have commented that the location is a bit too “touristy”. There is some validity to... more

The Eaton is situated on a quiet street on the edge of the bustle of Kowloon. On arrival, the concierge excel in making one's arrival a pleasure together with the personal attention of checking in. I stayed in a very comfortable suite with a well designed Asian feel to it. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very well... more

We booked a suite direct with the hotel and got what we thought was a good price. However, having just spent time in hotel suites in Auckland and Sydney we were disappointed at the size and standard at the Eaton but we suspect that unless you pay a fortune you will not get much bigger in Hong Kong. Good attentive staff and... more

The location and price was great...was right smack in the middle of Mongkok (10min walk) and Tsim Sha Tsui (15 min walk). The hotel lobby was weirdly situated on the 4th floor and the lifts go right up from the porch to the rooms which was a bit of a security concern since the guys on the ground floor dont... more

I stayed at the Eaton with my husband for 2 nights in April on recommendation from a friend who currently lives in Hong Kong. The hotel was perfectly located for the night markets, and Jordan train station. Mong Kok (where the Ladies Markets are) and TST are only one stop away, or walking only takes approx 20 mins to each... more
