I have stayed here on numerous occasions. Good location near to Red Square and the Bolshoi (which is still not open due to renovation) , good service (glass of wine or champagne offered on arrival in your room, coffee with wake up call, and a good exec lounge if you have a gold card or pay more). Like most Moscow... more

not bad, met some great folk in the hotel from across the globe and even had a beer with Gus Hiddink...Outrageous telephone rates spoilt it though, £20 for an hour of wireless and £15 for connection to voicemail....very hot receptionists.. more

This Marriott was the base hotel for the United States Davis Cup Team....Roddick, Blake and the Bryan Brothers. Great property, superb location a few blocks from Red Square. We were there to support the team against a hostile crown and an outstanding Russian team in the semi-finals of the World Championship. Close to wonderful restaurants.....great service...outstanding hotel. Moscow prices are... more

Just returned from a lengthy stay in Russia, and spent two nites at the Aurora. I booked thru their website six months in advance and got a super rate for this normally $700 a nite hotel. When we arrived they informed us they did not have two rooms with double beds like I had reserved, so they upgraded us to... more

Very comfortable and high standard of furnishings for a Marriott. Business lounge staff helpful and service good. Even though this is Moscow to pay £1,000 for 2 nights stay is expensive. Had a meal in the Polo Restaurant, £100 for 2 main courses! What can you say this is Moscow! Still charged for wireless even at these rates. Would stop... more

I stay here quite often for business and know the hotel well. The rooms are excellent, although the carpet and wallpaper give me a headache. The staff at reception is very helpful. I had a bad experience with the Concierge once, but that was the only problem. The health club in the basement is excellent, sauna, pool, good selection of... more

This is a great hotel in an excellent location. 10 minutes walk to all the major sights such as Red Square. The hotel rooms are of a high standard, very clean and with all the amenities required. The staff are all very friendly and speak excellent English with nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend a stay at this... more

I stayed at this hotel with 3 other colleagues. We had $700 a night rooms that came with butler service. I was a bit taken aback when the butler asked if i needed help unpacking my bags. It was our first time to Moscow and so we wanted to stay with a well known brand like Marriott. The hotel didn't... more

Best part of the hotel is the Executive(VIP) Lounge and the Butlers. Try to arrange everything through the butlers. Let them even arrange for your taxi services, but ask them to do it through outside companies. If you go downstairs to the reception area to the "designated" taxi / limo service you are going to be ripped off. Front desk... more
