I found this hotel to be in a very good location, yes it's in the financial district, but the markets and Faniuel Hall were a 2 minute walk away and Boston Common and downtown Boston weren't too far either. The rooms were a nice size and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Bathroom was lovely. Very clean... more

My husband I went here for a special evening out on the town. Upon arrival we were told we had a beautiful corner room overlooking the park. The room was quite nice and it was in fact facing the park. However, in the morning I noticed some little worm type bugs crawling around the bathroom floor, many of them disappeared... more

The website told that the hotel was perfectly located in "downtown Boston", instead I found out that it was in the heart of the financial district, only surrounded by high buildings filled with offices and banks, in a nest of small roads and very difficoult to find each time I walked back to it. Aside from that, the Hotel itself... more

I booked two nights in this place during 4th of July weekend and could not wait to get away. In a world where hotels are all beginning to look the same the end difference is the service and how one is treated. This is where the Langham fails miserably. Lets get the good out of the way first...clean rooms, nice... more

For such a great city, I'm surprised that Boston doesn't have any world beating hotels. However, it does have a couple of very good hotels and the Langham is one of them. It's in a great location for both business and pleasure, with all of the key attractions within walking distance. The staff are good (particularly the concierge), but the... more

Darned near perfect! I loved the Langham and only wish I could have stayed longer. Location is very convenient and central. The staff was absolutely efficient and capable. I loved how the mirror in the bathroom featured a square in the middle that didn’t fog up after a shower. After a long trip it was wonderful to enter the plush... more

An exceptionally comfortable bed with perfect down pillows and crisp, ironed sheets. The rooms are not particularly spacious but adequate. Excellent room service -- expensive but very good food and a wonderful waiter. The cooling system was awful -- the temperature is preset to 78 degrees and you have to have building engineering come around to rout around in the... more

I stayed three nights in a standard room and had a very nice experience. The hotel is smaller than most and is nicely decorated, and the rooms are beautiful and cozy. I thought the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in in ages, and the robes and slippers are a nice touch. The Sunday brunch/chocolate bar is absolutely amazing... more

The Langham was a nice hotel. It's really close to the airport (expected a pricey cab ride) but its in a good location too. I was there for business so didn't get to see the neighbourhood much but things seemed within walking distance (with respect to the business district, at least). The room was a good size. The decor and... more

From the hair saloon hairdryer to the coffee machine. A tip is that the hotell has complimentary shoeshining. Just put your shoes in... more
