Hotel has an inconvienient setup in that the lobby is on the 19th floor and the rooms are on the floors below it. If you want to stop by the lobby on the way out you have to first go up before you go down. Lobby looks very makeshift with almost no sitting area. In addition the direct elevators to... more

This hotel is in a great location for everything in Philadelphia. BUT the rooms are so tired looking. Last decorated in the early 1980s and not updated since. For such rooms the place is way over-priced. Staff is also a bit typical 'Philadelphia' which means bad attitudes and not quick to respond. Though the resturant and the building itself is... more

Best thing about the Park Hyatt is its staff and XIX Nineteen Cafe. Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. Get this, they even come by and ask you if you want more bottle water. If you stay at the Hyatt or even if you don’t stay at Hyatt you must eat at XIX Nineteen. Food is delicious and once again... more

Nice place. Booked it sight unseen and thought it to be a bit pricey. We had coupons for the second part of our stay, so we weren't too concerned, but a King Suite runs around $325 a night. We stayed on the 14th floor in an inside room (no view). The room didn't have a coffee maker or fridge (other... more

Staying at the Park Hyatt made me feel like I had taken a step back in time. It is a grand hotel, with very interesting architectural features, conveniently located in Philadelphia's theater district. The room that I stayed in was very nicely decorated and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if my travels take me back to... more

My stay was better than expected. It was unusual that check-in is on the top floor, but it didn’t bother me (although the wait for the elevator can be a bit slow). I agree with one reviewer who commented that the hotel was a little confused on their design. The top floor (as pictured on their website) has a very... more

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at the Park Hyatt Bellevue in late July for a business conference. The overall experience was above average but I question whether the hotel rates a "5 star" as indicated. I disagree with one reviewer who said it was easy to find - the entrance for the hotel is not well-marked and is... more

Everyone who works there is polite and helpful. The room I stayed in was old, but beautiful, nicely maintained and well-furnished. The bathroom was modern and luxurious. I agree with other reviewers that the facility is a bit odd, with the check-in desk on the 19th floor, but so what. There really isn't a traditional hotel lobby here, but the... more

We arrived at the Park Hyatt on Saturday for a quick one nigh stay. First off the Park Hyatt has a great location at the corner of Broad and Walnut Street. The hotel is easy to find but the entrance is located on a side street/alley and not on either Broad or Walnut. You walk into a lower lobby but... more

We were very disappointed with our stay at the Park Hyatt. The hotel is dumpy old - think chipped paint, noisy bathroom pipes and smelly lobby - as opposed to stately and elegant old. We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms and it felt like we were sleeping in my grandmother's living room. The service was also below expectations.... more
