September 19th-23rd Arrived from England found the Hotel looked nice apart from a building site at the front blocking the view of the Harbour. The first thing we noticed after a long journey was the lack of a porter to help take our bags up stairs to our room, and the staff were not very friendly. We liked the room... more

Great location for Aquarium and Convention Center, sports. However, the first room had a horrible squeak in the AC unit and we had to switch rooms. Later that night, I tried to get ice and had to try 4 different floors to find an icemaker that worked. No out-of-order signs. No apology from staff. Could not understand the new reception... more

Initially booked for a day, but extended for another night. The hotel was great. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, had an overall great experience. Have good restaurants steps away from the hotel and loved the fresh sea-food menus the different restaurants had to offer, just walking distance from the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant in its... more

I spent two nights at the Hilton Garden Inn and overall had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and nicely furnished with comfortable beds and a flat screen TV. As for the bathroom, it was a bit small, but sufficient. I had breakfast at the on-site cafe and enjoyed it. The service was attentive and friendly. The front desk... more

Stayed at the HGI, Inner Harbor for 5 days the end of July. Totally agree with previous review...great location and view...it's unfortunate the view will be obstructed when the Four Seasons is completed. The rooms are small but comfortable and they are still in good shape since the hotel has only been open for a year. We booked a Bed... more

Talk about a tale of two hotels: The Good HGI and the Bad HGI. If you're into location and a clean, comfortable room, enjoy the Good HGI. Harbor East is a great spot - literally steps from the best Baltimore can offer. You can spend an entire weekend within a half-mile radius of the hotel and never run out of... more

I had stayed here during President's Day weekend and this past weekend (July 19-20). The location is perfect, the gym facilities are state of the art and the service was very friendly and accommodating. I had read the other reviews regarding the service and I have to disagree. The gentlemen that were taking care of the front desk we very... more

Stayed for two nights in July for a company meeting. The location is great as it is in the inner harbor area and near Little Italy. There's a Whole Foods three blocks away, and other places to eat/drink in the area. The room was clean, well appointed with flat screen TV. The maid service and the service in the breakfast... more

After reading many reviews on TA, booked one double room for one night in July 2008. Wanted to be near the Inner Harbor and within walking distance to sites. This HGI in Harbor East was great. Room was very nice (similar to other HGI's that I've stayed in). Nice beds, nice bedding, flat screen tv, microwave, fridge. Small bathroom but... more

We had mixed feelings about this hotel. The location was good, just minutes walk from all the inner harbor attractions. The hotel was clean and our room was standard hilton garden inn size and well furnished. However, the service wasn't great. I'd booked a bed n breakfast package via the Hilton Garden Inn official website. However after having breakfast on... more
