We stayed at the Omni for 2 nights in September and it was dreadful, the room was basic 3 star standard but adequate apart from a sign saying we couldn't use the balcony due to tornado damage (obviously not rushing with repairs) but we weren't warned of this before booking. Gangs of youths roamed the corridors, probably due to non-existent... more

Stayed here for a convention next door, I didn't book the room nor pick the place. Glad I wasn't paying the high price. No car, $30 a night though! Fast & friendly check in & out. I was in the north tower, 9th floor. Not much of a view, window filthy. Would say it was probably one of the quietest... more

Not so great... There is still a lot of work going on to repair the tornado damage, so I can excuse construction noise, but there seems to be a lot of garbage debris around the perimeter that could be cleaned up. Even if the pool is not functional yet, does it have to contain filthy yellow-green water with garbage in it... more

The overall stay with the Hotel was nice. The staff was very professional and courteous. I did, however experience a problem with the Valet part of my stay. I arrived on a Wednesday . I drove my car that night. I used a portable gps navigation system. It was intact, when I arrived for Valet parking. I did not use... more

Okay, This hotel has definite 4 star potential... the location, view, and general concept are great...However, the daily upkeep and service staff is simply mediocre, at best. We purchased $40 of cleaning supplies on the 1st night (incense, febreeze, pledge, windex etc). LOL... the view was SPECTACULAR overlooking olympic park. If I had paid rack or more than 109 for... more

My family and I stayed at the Omni during the 4th of July weekend. We came to go to the Aquarium and were able to get a really good package deal through the hotel that included tickets and breakfast buffets at their Prime Meridian restaurant which was wonderful! The Omni is in a very convenient location to the Aquarium, Centennial... more

My mom and I stayed at the Omni for a 1 1/2 day Christian Women's conference held at the Phillips Arena. I read some of the mixed reviews before we went, so I prepared myself for some of the problems that were mentioned. I knew the hotel was sold out so I was expecting a wait for bellman, valet parking,... more

My husband and I went to Atlanta to see REM (a birthday gift from my parents). I chose the Omni because we were flying in and I didn't want to rent a car (I believe in public transportation when available + the cost of parking anywhere in Atlanta is really ridiculous). The Omni was extremely convenient to the MARTA (which... more

The Omni was very convenient. It is next door to CNN and the Georgia World Congress Center. The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was nice. I had to put the A/C down to 62 to get the room cool. The pillows were a bit too flat. The bathroom has granite countertops and the shower had nice pressure.... more

Atlanta was hit by a tornado in March of 2008. The hotel still has broken windows in it in June, some room are unrentable. The staff was very nice, but repairs are going on all around you. Their swimming pool was not ready and it sounded like it may not be ready for some time. The bedspread had a burn... more
