We had to make an emergency visit to Flagstaff to see my dad in the hospital. We stayed here just one night and moved to the another hotel for the next night. The room was clean and the breakfast was fine. Good valvue for the price, but the bed was terribly uncomfortable. more

The wireless internet didn't work. We had to "borrow" a ethernet cable to get connected. The room was clean and the bed was nice. The bathroom was small and dated... the wall paper was peeling. There is a small store in the lobby that sells snacks which was really cool. more

Oh, what to do, what to do!? My kids and I were wending or way down from the South Rim, my parents were making their way up to the North Rim, the plan was to meet up for a night in Flagstaff. Mom said to book a couple of rooms. Sure thing I told her but Mom can be picky,... more

We stayed at the Ramada West for 4 nights in July. We had made reservations for a standard room and when we arrived, they gave us a suite which was a large room with 2 queens. We were just a short walk away to the pool/jacuzzi and the lobby/breakfast area which was nice. It was very quiet and the beds... more

My family and I (2 adults and a 14-year-old) stayed here for 4days/ 3nights. We used this motel as our South Rim base for our Grand Canyon vacation. The GC entrance station is 74 miles/80 minutes away. We found the motel to be clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast very good. The pool and whirlpool were very... more

Ideally located for the Grand Canyon, expected more of Ramada! The receptionist was more interested in taking her personal calls, which in turn created a problem. On arriving at our room, the credit card key didn't work, after several attempts I was forced to face the rude receptionist who reprogrammed the key and stated not to get it near a... more

This hotel was slightly better than most of the others I've stayed at in this brand. I reserved a "suite" which actually was just a room larger than a standard room but nearly twice the price. The room and entire property were spotless. Comfortable enough beds but hard pillows. The location can't be beat. Close to the highway and historic... more

The room was clean, beds were fairly comfortable. HBO channels did not work, bathroom was extremely small. Hot tub had no water in it (was completely empty). Breakfast was not too great, just so-so. Overall, it wasn't bad but it wasn't great. It was clean though. more

The hotel was very nice. We stayed in a king bed room and had plenty of space and it was very clean. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again next time. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a small hot breakfast which wasn't too bad at all. more
