The hotel has a perfect location. The rooms are not fancy but they are clean and you cant beat the price for such an amazing view. Frank Hudson the Manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He seems to really enjoy his job and makes your experience memorable. I would completely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an... more

My eighty-six year old friend and I, both residents of Hawaii, recently spent a wonderful weekend at the Park Shore Waikiki during the Aloha Week festivities. When I called the hotel to make our reservations, my main requirement was that we could sit on the lanai and watch the parade Saturday morning as it made its way down Kalakaua Avenue.... more

I actually chose to move here from the Aqua Island Colony based on the great reviews here, but on arrival was just so disappointed that I cant believe it. The room I have (a "City" View) is tiny. Its old and worn and the aircon makes a loud rattly noise. My "City" view is actually a view of a bunch... more

Aloha, I was certainly disappointed to read your unhappiness with the property during your stay. I can understand your perception of space difference, relocating from a condominium unit to a hotel room. We pride ourselves on customer service and are sorry we were unable to relocate you into a more pleasing room, but was glad to hear that you offered...

The Park Shore Hotel is a terrible hotel in my opinion. They do not give customers what they say they will. For example, we made a reservation on the phone requesting 2 beds because it was 2 of us (me and my mother). However, when we went up to our room, there was only one bed. I called the receptionist... more

Aloha, I see that you stayed at the hotel in July of this year. Management of the property has recently changed and although I was not here, can assure you the problems you experienced are not operating policy at this time. I encourage you to read our reviews from August till now, to validate there have been significant positive changes....

My husband and I stayed at the Park Shore for 1 week whilst on our honeymoon. We had booked a city view room and arrived at the hotel 3 hours before check in, very tired. We were told that there was a room available to check in immediately on the 10th floor or we could wait until 3pm for a... more

We stayed here for 4 days in September, 2008. Initially, we were booked an "ocean view" room for $79. Upon check-in, we were not happy with the room because it was very small and most of the views was Diamond Head and not much "ocean". For an extra $30/nite, we upgraded to an ocean front room that was very more... more

After reading through the past reviews I was not sure what to expect. I was prepared for a teeny tiny room and scruffy conditions throughout the hotel. There was none of that! We stayed in an ocean front room on the 11th floor. The room had a slight entry way with a full length mirror, a table w/ coffemaker and... more

My husband and I chose Park Shore for our honeymoon stay because of the location and the oceanviews. We were VERY PLEASED with what we got for the money! The hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful; we were upgraded to a room on a higher floor with a better view without us even asking. The view from the... more

The manager, Frank Hudson, and the entire Park Shore staff were excellent! They truly made our two week stay feel like a true vacation. We couldn't have asked for better accomodations or better service. more

My family & I have just returned from a week at the Park Shore Waikiki. The hotel was beautiful and the service was beyond our wildest expectations ! We have travelled all over the world & have never enjoyed the hotel staff as much as we did on this trip. Frank & Lawrence especially made our stay unforgettable, going above... more
