We have stayed at the Reefs for several years, and now book the hotel for an annual visit in June. We read so much about the construction. However, we contacted the hotel directly and received a complete update on the progress and all of our questions were answered about the possibility of the construction interfering with our stay. Our other concern was would there be an issue with having only one restaurant open, Coconuts, while the other two were under going rennovations. This proved to be a non-issue. In fact the hotel staff made dinner reservations for us several weeks ahead of our arrival to ensure we received our requested times. We thought about the leaving the hotel for dinner, however, we are glad we stayed, especially when we talked with other guests who dined in restaurants around the Island, and many of them indicated the food at the Reefs was better than most of the outside restaurants. The menu was limited, but with the specials every nite, we were able to enjoy different meals each night. The main attraction for us is the size and quality of service from the staff. Many of the staff have been at the Reefs for many years and this really makes our stay that much more enjoyable. We remember them and they remember us, which makes us feel right at home. We stayed 8 days/7 nights, and received a complimentary night free. We love this hotel.

Great location and spectacular views... due to construction, there was only one of the three reastaurants open, but we could always get a reservation and they added a third dine around partner, which was great!
The staff is most helpful and make you feel welcome and that you belong. Many remembered us from last year!!
Lot's more children this year which was unexpected, next year we will go earlier or after labor day

The Reefs is simply the best.The staff is outstanding,the grounds impeccable,the views spectacular and the food consistently on the money.There are many beautiful venues in Bermuda but you cannot beat The Reefs when you combine all that is available.My wife and I have already booked our vacation for next year at The Reefs because of the wonder of this resort.You will not be disappointed in this choice,construction or not which by the way is no concern at all.Simply enjoy the serenity of it all.

We stayed at The Reefs from June 13 - 20, 2008 to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary and our 50th Birthday. My husband and I had been to Bermuda for our honeymoon and thought it would be wonderful to return for our special anniversary. The Reefs is a beautiful, wonderful place. It is clean, very accomodating, the service is excellent and the food was delicious. Everyone from the housekeeping, beach staff,waiters, waitresses, front desk was so very kind, friendly and could not do enough to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. The facility is beautiful and immaculately kept. We would return in a heartbeat. I found it fascinating that so many people that were at the Reefs had been there so many times prior. That says alot about the wonderful times that everyone seems to have when they come and stay at the Reefs. I was so sad to leave, but certainly plan on coming back..Keep up the wonderful work.
