Spent 2 nights with my wife and 2 year old daughter. Used points and was upgraded to a suite given platinum status.

Very good experiencve at hotel as all reviews suggest. Still felt like a very nice Courtyard that a nice full service Marriott but that was fine with us.

Pierre, the concierge, was excellent as was the entire front desk staff and general manager who greeted us upon arrival. Pierre booked a babysitter for us which worked out great and we also went to dinner after he made a reservation for Le Saint Amour- one of the top French restuarants in town.

Overall, very positive experience and would recommend to anyone. We had considered shelling out $300+ for a room at the Hotel Frontenac where we ended up going for a drink one night but glad we picked staying at the Courtyard.

We chose this hotel based on the excellent reviews on tripadvisor..and for the most part..we weren't disappointed.

The staff are all young, very friendly and helpful (one young man ordered a pizza for us one evening in French - as the weather was awful and we didn't want to leave our room)....the lobby is very nice, the location is EXCELLENT..though a little bit hard to find. We walked from the train station and managed to find it but we were lucky.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite as there were 3 of us and I was mildly disappointed in the size of the common living room ( a little bit small in my opinion) but the size of the bedroom was large, the bed in the bedroom very comfortable, but unfortunately, the pull out couch (which I slept on) was extremely hard. there was a fridge and microwave included in the room which was nice as well.

I would probably stay here again for the location alone. Right outside of the gate...walkable to everywhere...

Nice view of skating rink . Ask for a room that overlooks rink.

We stayed here for 4 nights in April. We booked this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews and were glad/happy we did.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very comfortable. The location was amazing, just outside the old part of town. So close to everything. Would recommend this and would stay here again.
