Recently stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. As others have mentioned, this hotel is somewhat out of the way from shopping and the theme parks, but the ART shuttle makes it easy to get to and from Disney. Although the shuttle is supposed to run every 20 minutes, there are times when it is closer to 30-40 minutes between runs. Breakfast choices are the same every day, but the food quality is good. Did not have a chance to use the pool or jacuzzi, but they looked very nice. Overall, of the 3 hotels that I have stayed at in this area, I would rank this #1 and can recommend it. I would return here again in the future.

I had the pleasure of staying at Staybridge suites in anaheim recently when I took my son to Disneyland. Once I arrived I realized that my check in wasn't until 4pm and I had arrived at 2:30pm. A very friendly host named Reyna accommadated me and my family anyway with a early check in. My reservation was for a studio suite. To my surprise when I got to the room it was equipped with a queen size bed, a queen pull out sofa, full size fridge, range, dishwasher, and sink. All the cabinents were stocked with dishes and the drawers with utensil. the room had a full size coffee maker and mircowave. The room was immaculate and the spacious. This hotel has a free continental breakfast every morning from 6:30am to 9:30am. (which is good if you are a traveler on a budget!) They have waffle makers, sausage and scrambled eggs along with fruit, bread choices and of course all the fixings. They had a wide array of beverages to choose from too. This hotel also provides a sundown service with free beer and wine for the adults ans soda for the kids. They also provide BBq hamburgers and hot dogs on wednesdays. The properthy is a good size, big pool, business center, gym and a on site store that is actually affordable. (cup o' noodles $1) I took advantage of the free laundry facility they offered to their guests. The staff all the way to the maid service was extremely accomadating. The front desk staff (Juan, Kymmy and Estella) are extremely useful from the directions to local eateries to purchasing your disneyland tickets. You can buy them right at the front desk and skip the lines! They are also part of the resort transit system and will dopyou off right at the entrance for a round trip cost of 3$ for an adult 1$ for kids. (FYI: buy your tickets as you enter the bus, not at the kiosk. When they get busy they have you just get on they don't take the tickets, so you might save yourself some money!) I had such a great time here that when I return to CA in month I'll be staying at Staybridge suites!

Great place to stay. you really need to have a car though as it's out of the main area of Disney etc. Very good breakfast although the hot food was the same every day but good food, nonetheless. Free laundry was a bonus as there were 5 of us and stayed for a week. Only downside really was the room cleaning which was only done a few times during the week -would have preferred every day.
On the whole though, a good hotel with friendly staff.

We stayed here for 7 nights the first week of March and overall, we were very pleased. The complimentary breakfast was a huge plus, lots of variety and very courteous staff who kept everything well stocked. We never had any trouble getting a table for breakfast. Our suite was nice and clean and we appreciated having a separate bedroom from our teenage son. We had one small issue with the showerhead and it was quickly replaced the same day with a brand new one...very impressed. We did not utilize the kitchen too much, mostly because of our own busy schedule, but it was was stocked with all the utensils, pots and dishes you would need to prepare and serve a meal.
The pool was adequate but my husband was disappointed by the luke warm temp of the hot tub. Having free laundry service available was a nice perk, but the wait for machines in the evening was very long...took me 4 hours from start to finish. 4 washing machines & dryers, but one dryer was broken during our stay. Complimentary computer usage in the business centre was very helpful.
Yes, it is a fair distance from the parks, but not really an issue. The ART pickup was right next door in front of the Holiday Inn. We had free parking at the Disney lots from AAA...much more handy to us, as we could pack warmer clothes for the evenings.
We would definitely stay here again.
