Jean patrick and his staff were outstanding in every way. The staff were always warm and friendly and efficient, happy in their jobs and always looking to meet our needs. We were keen to learn how to cook chicken tagine. Our chef instructed us, allowed us to watch the preparation and explained the ingredients which we ate later at dinner. Jean Patrick organised a meal for us out of town for our last night even ensuring our taxi would be on hand to take us back to the Riad. The meal was exceptional and traditional but at a place that visitors would probably not find without local direction. Our accommodation, the ambience, standard of hygiene were excellent. Thank you Jean Patrick from New Zealand for an unforgettable Morroccan experience.
