Returned from the st georges three corners on 23/06/08, weather was mad hot all the 2 weeks we were there, took me a few days to get use to it. The quiet pool was nice. Alot safer for the kids, than the noisy pool. Our room was very small for a family of 5 inc a baby, room 1096. the cleaner was miserable, never did us any sculpters with the towels, even thou we tipped. The hotel management tried to charge us for the tv remote that was already broken when we arrived. The patio doors would not shut / lock properly, PLEASE BE AWARE, they do not have many pay phones in sharm, so buy a sim there, it cost me £65 to phone home, over a three day period, the reps do not mention any of this (how expensive phone calls are) the food was nice, but after a few days it gets very repetitive, only serve chips at lunch time, only serve ice cream between 4and 5pm, the two pools are a good idea when you are with small children because in the quiet pool you can see and hear them nearly all the time, but if you are at the quiet pool and your children want (all inc)ice-cream then they have to go to the bar at the noisy pool which is not the best idea considering they can walk through the busy hotel lobby dripping wet through!!then if somebody was to slip whose fault would it be?????.i dont know why the ice-cream cant be provided at the quiet pool where alot of the smaller kids are is beyond me maybe its because they would rather sell you ice cream there at a pound ago!!!!money mad the egyptians believe me!!! the shops in the hotel, are expensive, although the cigs are pretty cheep, my son had a henna tatoo done £5,oo sterling, it rubbed off 2 days later, they should last 2 weeks ! on the last week we were there the enviromental health were called in, because so many guests had fallen ill, my boyfriend was ill the first few days, he was eating the pasta ! so be aware what you eat, most of the staff were nice and friendly, and it was quite clean. Although the theatre where they do the entertainment is very very smelly ! we seen a rat there one night. It is near the water plant, the gardens were lovely, very well taken care of, i just wish we had asked them to change our room to a bigger one, maybe that would of made the holiday a bit more stress free, as we were all crammed in together ! the animation team tried there best although the girl rebecca was always looking miserable, laga laga was funny ! there is nothiong really to do at night, if you have got kids. just stay round the hotel really. Naam bay is crazy! but its good for the young ones, pacha and hardrock cafe ! etc etc !! i really dont think i will go back to egypt, if i do, then i would stay somewhere a little bit better, or a different resort ! met some lovely people while we were there, and i have fond memories of egypt ! especially how hot it was !!

We have just reurned form a fortnight in egypt at the St george threecorners hotel in sharm.Firstly i would encourage anyone going to this hotel not to drink from the water dispensers provided as the bottles are not new and are filled from the tap water,we found this out after seing staff do it.also as soon as you arrive in egypt you are hassled by the coach drivers for tips, before they have even put your case on the coach. If you are a couple over the age of 65 this hotel would be perfect as children are not allowed to even play with a ball or make any sort of noise without being told off.The rooms are adequate, the food is repetative and if you want to have fun and drink after midnight, forget it,you are told to go to bed by the security. And please do not use the watersports on the private St george beach as they are not safe,we found this out after 2 of our party had stitches and the life jackets they provide fly off as soon as you hit the water. sharm el sheik what a mistake.

“The Best of the Best, Guest Relations how they should be”

Three Corners Saint George

Our time at St George Resort, Three Corners was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Tours were very good, resonable priced, and very informative while not rushed and were relaxing while taking in a lot of the local history and sights.

Or guest relations manager, Sameh Shafick was one of the best we have known whilst on holiday. Friendly in any matter, courteous with every guest and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble for him to help you with. We would recommend you to see him if you have any form of query, problem or question about local facilities, tours, etc.

5 star in every way, well done!

Just returned from our 2nd visit to Three Corners as usual a very good time, we booked direct and all our requests were met.
Food was very good but can be a bit repetetive but I defy anyone to say that there is nothing to eat (apart from some people which were upset because they couldn,t get Egg and Chips every day , get a Life !!)
The staff at this hotel are excellent very friendly always with a smile and nothing too much trouble for them. The room was spotless and cleaning standards are very high.
A quick mention to our friends at the Three Corners,Michael on Guest Relations is extremely efficient and will endeavour to help you with any problems big or small, very personable and a real nice guy.
Our thanks to Robert at the Beach Bar and Ahmed the towel guy
who made our daily visit to the beach a joy, endless laughter was had with Ahmed.
A visit to the quiet pool bar is a must Tamer is the main Bar man there and life at the St George would not be the same without him
Tamer is bright, funny enthusiastic and an excellent ambassador for The Three Corner Group as are all the staff.
This hotel is well run and we already lookintg to go back later this year.

“Beware of the reviews!!! Honest review 6 times in Sharm”

Three Corners Saint George

Just back from a week at The Corners St George… What a week.
All I can say is Chav Hell!!!

Have been to Sharm 6 times over the past 5 years and this has to be the worst hotel I have stayed in !!

Good points

Yes the hotel is spotlessly clean
The staff go out of there way to make you feel welcome (they do have an a motive for it though) They will hassle you on the last few days when you are going home handing out pieces of paper with there name on and the address for trip adviser please give us good reviews and say my name, will be good for me and keep my job safe…Blackmail!!
Wonder why this hotel scores so well in the ratings
Pascal restaurant is amazing eat here 2 nights and the food was fantastic with nice views over the pool you have to pay extra but worth it

The bad points

The hotels is on a busy dual carridge way with constant road noise, half the rooms over look this.
The hotel is next to a large water treatment works which is noisy and can be heard all day and night. Makes eating in the open air so pleasant!
Rooms are clean but very basic by 4* Sharm standards
The hotel has 2 pools, sun beds crammed in like Sardines in a can. If you are up after 8.30 am forget getting a bed round the pool!!
Hotel beach is nice but again get up early !! the hotel runs a shuttle bus to the beach every 30 mins from 9.30-12.30 but it only has 20 seats on it- do the sums-hotel takes 600 guests and the bus takes 20 at a time !!!

Food is ok but very hit and miss. The buffet restaurants is more like a works/school canteen with no atmosphere and very harsh lighting
Breakfast is the best meal of the day with plenty of choice fresh omelettes cooked to order along with very tasty fried eggs plenty of fresh fruit, cereals, cheeses and continental meats
Only had lunch at the hotel 1 day and that was ok
Dinner’s ok food often cold or luke warm but they do there best if you like salads etc, you will be fine. Plenty of choice and really fresh and with taste.
Food at the beach restaurant is very poor plus they only have seating for about 50 max at a time and the beach is shared with the Kirosez hotel so gets very busy so they often run out of food by 1.30 so eat early if you can!!! Our favourite meal at the beach restaurant must the spaghetti and liver pie, spaghetti mixed with chopped liver topped with pastry…..odd, bizarre.

All in all these hotel is far from a 4* more a 2/3*

If it’s your first time to Sharm and you are used to Benidorm, Magaluf or 1 of the other party resorts in the Med then you will love it
If you want a hotel that shows you some of the real charm of Egypt then book elsewhere!!
