Everything in the hotel was brand new. The beds were heavenly! Crisp linens and very comfy. The staff were all very helpful and courteous. The breakfast spread in the mornings was very good... hot things were hot and cold things were cold. The hotel is located north of Phoenix and has very easy access to I17. There was a great shopping center near the hotel that had everything.... clothing, resturants etc.... The pool at the hotel was great, the fitness room was very well equipped and the guest laundry was inexpensive and clean. If I may, I would like to recommend Cartwright's Steakhouse in Cave Creek. Out of this world!!! Check their website for menus.

We always stay at Residence Inn if there is one where we are traveling. This one ranks in the top 3 for us.

As long as the location doesn't matter (it's quite a way north of Phoenix) to you this property is great. All still pretty new so the accommodation is a very good standard, staff are welcoming and you feel comfortable with great beds. It's close enough to shops and restaurants ( a little limited) so you should find what you want. Breakfast could be better, the choice is limited and not that inviting so some improvements could be made there.

While it can be quite the distance from many of Phoenix's main attractions, it was conveniently close to where I was working. At this time the hotel is almost new and the accomodations are extremely clean and comfortable. Feels like home!
There are several dining and shopping opportunities near by and access to I-17 and 101 are very convenient and can take you where you want or need to be. The hot breakfast bar in the morning was very good. The evening nosh is substancial enough to be all you need for dinner in most cases. They will also do your grocery shopping for you. But there is a Wal-Mart just down the road if you want to do it yourself.
The staff are welcoming and friendly, the location is quiet and the rooms are just right for those looking for a home away from home.

Hotel just opened. Went for superbowl. Service beyond belief and everyone was so nice. Food @ breakfast (included) fresh and adequate. The room was set up just right (1 BR suite) and they didn't charge for "extras" like internet and supplies for well-equipped kitchen. The work-out room was top quality and pool was well-maintained. I forgot my glasses and they overnighted them to me @ no charge. Very quiet and all the systems worked well.

Staff either knowledgeable or, alternatively, resourceful about the area. Recommend it for anyone.
