I am a member of the Crowne Plaza points scheme and booked a Jacuzzi room and on check in was upgraded to a suite on the top floor over looking the river. The view was fantastic. Found all the staff...more

What a disappointment! This hotel is highly over rated and definitely not worth staying at. We checked in early afternoon and were promptly informed that the restaurant was fully booked for dinner...more
